Job Summary

We are seeking a Field Foreman to join our team! In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the assigned jobsite, including equipment usage and maintenance, personnel management and job advancement. You will be responsible for training employees and ensuring they adhere to all safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Field Foreman in underground utilities (water, sewer, fire) and a history of strong leadership.

Ensure all employees follow safety regulations

Meet with all employees for regular performance reviews

Deliver feedback to management

Develop and implement strategies for optimizing efficiency and performance

Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment

Maintain adequate levels of inventory and reorder as needed

Create employee schedules

Other administrative tasks as necessary

Proficient in advancing jobs in a timely manner

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Foreman or similar position

Foreman training or certification is preferred

Specialization in underground utilities preferred

Deep understanding of work optimization methods

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong leadership and crisis management skills

Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
