This position is in our Fleming Island, Florida location, situated between two beautiful bodies of water, the St. Johns River and Doctors Lake. Our location offers you the ultimate outdoor experiences including an 8-foot-wide sidewalk running the length of Fleming Island, providing 7 miles of walking, jogging and biking. Black Creek Park borders Black Creek and provides bikers and hikers nature trails to explore.

What we need from you:

· Be a Florida licensed provider: APRN with experience as an aesthetic injector.

· Be willing to learn and perform all duties within our wellness side including but not limited to: Blood draws, IV vitamin therapy, vitamin injections, testosterone and weight loss injections/ knowledge.

· Be comfortable with social media posting, cross-selling sales, and customer service skills, as well as the knowledge to educate and provide guidance to our clients about anti-aging and medical aesthetic procedures.

· Be a motivated, educated, and experienced individual who is dedicated to constantly growing, learning, and perfecting their skillset. We are looking for someone who loves what they do and want to have an absolute blast doing it!

RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, & EXPECTATIONS

Maintain a high-level standard of client services.

Follow 4Ever Young procedures for patient check-in, check-out, rooming, follow-ups, and other aspects of daily operations.

Meet with aesthetic patients and provide customized recommendations for fillers, neurotoxins, and/or skincare services based on a comprehensive analysis and evaluation, develop an appropriate treatment plan based on the patient consultations.

Administer injectable treatments: Neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers (Juvéderm and Restylane families of products) as well as other well-known products in a professional, clinical atmosphere.

Develop a plan to ensure the patient’s goals are met.

Perform all phlebotomy duties in our center; perform weight loss and testosterone injections and IV vitamin therapy. This will be a part of daily duties along with aesthetic injections.

Ensure patient's safety, comfort, and smooth flow of patient care.

Consult with our 4Ever Young Medical Director on an as-needed basis.

Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation for every patient; update all patient files within 4Ever Young timing policies and ensure all members of the medical staff do the same.

Protect patient privacy; follow HIPAA and medical compliance guidelines at all times. This includes handling of patient forms and medical records as well as telephone and in-person conversations.

Stay up to date on all 4Ever Young products and services so you can answer patient questions and make optimized recommendations.

Cross-sell and upsell other appropriate 4Ever Young services; be familiar with 4Ever Young membership programs and promotions so that you can make recommendations, if appropriate, that will help a patient save money, maximize results, or try a new treatment that might be a good fit for them.

Work with center manager and medical team to ensure adequate inventory of product, medical supplies, and other materials are always in stock.

Follow 4Ever Young dress code and brand standards when on duty or representing 4Ever Young in the community; maintain a professional appearance and high standards at all times.

Problem-solve and proactively find solutions to issues that arise, always working to prioritize safety, compliance, and patient experience.

Ability to work occasional nights and weekends to attend community and marketing events.

Experience:

· IV Administration: 1 year (Required)

· Phlebotomy: 1 year (Required)

· Botox/Dysport/Neurotoxin: 1 year (Required)
