Responsibilities:

Lead and manage mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Conduct thorough assessments to determine the extent of water damage and necessary remediation steps.

Supervise and train junior technicians in best practices and safety protocols.

Utilize industry-standard equipment and techniques for water extraction, drying, and dehumidification.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the process.

Document all work performed and maintain accurate records for insurance claims.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Participate in on-call rotations for emergency response situations.Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in water damage restoration or related field.

Valid IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration preferred.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.

Ability to work in high-pressure situations and maintain professionalism.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.About Us:
