Job Description:
Drive sales by overseeing the steps of service and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards and ensure the safety of guests at all times.
Enforce applicable liquor laws and responsible service guidelines.
Oversee and practice safe food-handling procedures in alignment with regulatory standards.
Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house team members to nurture a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of restaurant operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in restaurant management or a related role.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and empower your team.
Commitment to delivering superior guest experiences.
Strong knowledge of liquor laws, food safety, and sanitation protocols.
