What You'll Do
Partner with HR leaders, subject matter experts, and business units to design and deliver effective learning experiences.
Develop high-impact content for leadership and technical training programs.
Create assessments, track learner progress, and gather feedback to continually improve programs.
Use instructional design principles to build materials that are engaging, effective, and aligned to our business needs.
Support annual needs assessments to help guide learning strategies and close skill gaps.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training.
A bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, HR, or a related field.
Business acumen to leverage for guiding learning and development content creation.
Strong knowledge of learning design models and development best practices.
Creative mindset with strong project management and communication skills.
Experience designing instructor-led, in-person training programs.
Proficiency in evaluating training effectiveness and learner outcomes.
Ability to work independently as the instructional design expert.
Facilitation experience is a plus.
