What Youll Do:

Operate and maintain all routing-related equipment with accuracy and care

Oversee the daily flow of multiple projects and ensure timely, high-quality output

Coordinate with the Manufacturing Director and other teams to set priorities and stay on track

Monitor inventory and maintain a clean, organized work area

Plan ahead, communicate effectively, and stay ahead of project updates and changes

Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the fly while keeping a cool head under pressure

What Were Looking For:

Manufacturing experience and knowledge of routing equipment and materials, we can train if needed

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently

A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and grow

A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and adapt to change

Must be able to be on your feet for up to 10 hours per day

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds

Key Responsibilities:

Track project progress and maintain records on designated platforms

Assist and support team members to ensure overall project success

Suggest improvements and adjustments based on project needs

Participate in meetings, training, and cross-functional collaboration

Maintain and regularly service equipment to ensure optimal performance

Uphold all company procedures and safety standards
