Job Title: Marketing and Business Development Manager – Interventional Pain and Joint Medical Practice

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing and Business Development Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our medical practices, including Elite, Prime, and Orthobiogen. This role is pivotal in managing patient growth and experience, ensuring the highest standards of patient satisfaction across our services, and leading the New Patient Team as well as teams at Orthobiogen and Prime.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, strong leadership and sales skills, and the ability to foster relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to meet and exceed business growth targets.

Your results of your efforts will be three-pronged:

Rapidly accelerating the development of our internal list, driving engaged and excited prospects to our Patient Service (Call) Center team members to schedule initial appointments and conversions throughout the patient journey.

Converting first-time patients into life-long patients by keeping them engaged with marketing automation, compelling them to come back in and/or explore other COMPANY treatments, products, and services.

Aggressively building COMPANY brand and pain-relieving treatment results awareness with local physicians and organizations to amplify referral relationship cultivation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):

Create brand and product awareness.

Create content strategies for various channels, create and maintain content marketing calendars, conceptualize topics and storylines, and execute on high-priority content efforts, leveraging internal and external experts.

Oversee all social media-related efforts and outcome expectations including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ad/PPC efforts, private group creation, content deployment, audience building, and public pain-related group interactions.

Coordinate the writing/creating/editing of eBooks, case studies, website copy, blog posts, webinars, emails, landing pages, and more that address our target audiences' pain points with the end goal of building awareness, conversions, engagement, and driving new patient opportunities through marketing funnels to result in new patient opportunities (scheduled and attended).

Serve as an editor of content, ensuring COMPANY’s voice, tone, and style remain consistent across materials and outlets.

Develop, execute, and capture data for all marketing campaigns, funnels, workflows, and messaging in Go High Level with continuous optimization thereof.

Maintain and organize a content library.

Develop and execute strategies to repurpose and extend content to ensure multiple uses, on appropriate channels, to leverage resources best.

Organize, script, and facilitate the execution of educational webinars (both live and evergreen) and podcasts.

Interview internal team members to leverage their subject matter expertise or “get the story” for case studies.

Work in conjunction with the external Chief Marketing Officer to track, measure, test, analyze, and report on content-related initiatives.

Potentially attend occasional industry conventions or tradeshows.

Coordinating on-site and off-site marketing events.

KEY COMPETENCIES YOU BRING:

Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in both B2C and B2B content marketing.

Significant experience with Hubspot, InfusionSoft, Marketo, or similar best-in-class marketing automation platforms.

Verifiable experience building internal and external marketing campaigns and workflows from scratch (both demand generation and brand) in marketing automation platforms with demonstrable results directly affecting company profitability with significant ROI preferably in healthcare-related verticals. (Significant bonus points if your marketing automation was directly responsible for driving new/recurring patients.)

A rare blend of deep marketing data analytical ability and automation proficiency combined with an eye for design and the development of tangible, compelling collateral.

Exceptional communicator with the ability to tell a compelling story and to distill complex ideas into simple concepts for various stakeholders.

Extensive experience with creating and running social media ads (Facebook and Instagram predominantly), private group building, and maintaining and executing a regular content deployment calendar.

Results-oriented KPI. Your KPI will matter to the company’s bottom line.

A natural sense of curiosity, an instinct to utilize Google and research to solve a problem or learn something new.

Excellent writing and editing skills with high editorial standards.

Excellent communication skills with proven ability to work independently.

Great project management and organization skills, experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Highly self-motivated, self-directed; able to create programs and advocate for what is needed to succeed.

At least 3-5 years managing marketing and creative team members.

BONUS POINTS FOR:

Previous digital agency experience

Experience creating content in the medical/PT/chiropractic space, cultivating patients

Experience working in WordPress

At least an intermediate-level Adobe Create Suite user Outsourced, but oversee.
