About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-savvy, and organized Accounts Support Specialist to provide essential support to our accounts team. This role is ideal for a highly dependable and task-focused individual who enjoys working with numbers, data sets, and Excel spreadsheets to drive project efficiency. The Accounts Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting with both technical and administrative tasks that ensure smooth internal operations. This position is not client-facing and is designed for a hands-on, task-heavy role without a defined growth plan.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Coordinate with our network of creators to ensure timely delivery of assets and adherence to project specifications.

Track deadlines, organize to-do lists, and update project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp) with accurate progress reports.

Assist with building and managing ads on paid social platforms, including data entry, budget tracking, and asset versioning.

Perform recurring data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets, including use of formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and basic chart building.

Compile campaign performance metrics and create reporting decks using data visualization tools (Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.).

Support the team in identifying patterns or anomalies in campaign data and making recommendations for improvement.

Create presentation materials and data summaries to be reviewed by senior account staff for internal and client-facing meetings.

Perform quality checks on campaign data inputs, creator submissions, and reporting dashboards to ensure high levels of accuracy.

Execute additional support tasks as needed to ensure account team operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets — including data cleaning, formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables, and charting.

Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and attention to detail in working with data.

Ability to build reports, manage data workflows, and support social media campaign tracking.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with minimal oversight.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate internally and with external partners.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing processes and priorities.

Team-oriented but highly capable of working independently on task execution.

Experience Preferred:

Familiarity with the operations of a creative, marketing, or advertising agency.

Experience working with social platform analytics (e.g., TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) is a plus.

Exposure to marketing dashboards or tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or other BI platforms is a bonus.
