Job Description: As our Restaurant Manager you will be expected to maintain all daily operations of the restaurant. Interviewing, hiring, training and coaching will be some of the functions of our Restaurant Manager. Verbal and written counseling of hourly personnel will also be expected of the Restaurant Manager, as necessary. As the Restaurant Manager you will be accountable for ensuring compliance with all company policies in addition to state health and safety regulations. A strong knowledge of inventory management and product ordering along with computer literacy are necessary attributes to achieve success as our Restaurant Manager. Exceptional leadership abilities, communication skills and a positive attitude are a must as our Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications:

The Restaurant Manager should possess 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience

The Restaurant Manager should have a passion for developing and mentoring people
