Location: Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture

Annual Salary: ¥5,000,000 – ¥8,000,000 + Overtime Pay

Work Hours: 8:00 – 17:00 (Flexible Working Hours Available)

Holidays: 120 Days/Year (Weekends, Summer, New Year, GW, Paid Leave)

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Software Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge vehicle technologies, including:

Adaptive Driving Beam (ADB) system development

Sensor integration (LiDAR, cameras) for mass production

Development of sensors and cameras related to autonomous driving

Software development for next-generation automotive lighting systems

Requirements:

3+ years of programming experience in C or C++

Valid driver’s license

Japanese language Conversational level

Preferred:

Experience with embedded software for automotive microcontrollers

Knowledge or experience with autonomous driving technologies

Experience developing sensor and camera control systems
