Requirements:

3+ years of experience working in an enterprise software company — ideally in product management, scrum management, or program management.

Familiarity with SOA and microservices architecture.

Experience working with serverless systems and hosting a cloud-native server stack.

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including tools like Jira and Confluence.

Strong grasp of API-driven architecture, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise-grade software.

Ability to understand API functionality and front-end/back-end dependencies — and resolve related issues.

Experience using tools such as Swagger, Postman, etc.

Capable of discussing and collaborating on high-level technical design and architecture with engineers.

Experience in the telecommunications industry as a plus

Familiarity with telecom BSS products as a plus Responsibilities:

Articulating clearly and precisely, ensuring coordination across the Server Engineering group and other departments

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, with the ability to identify and flag risks at different stages

Maintaining a clear overview of project status and reporting updates with relevant granularity to stakeholders at all levels

Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

Providing technical guidance to Engineers, Architects, and Product Managers about product functionalities and requirements.

Understanding front-end and back-end dependencies and proactively work towards resolving them.

Managing sprint backlog, lead grooming sessions, and plan sprints for the team.

Keeping documentation well-organized and updated so information is easy to find and share.

Naturally proactive — you take initiative without waiting to be asked.

Demonstrating ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
