Recruitment Assistant This role supports staffing and recruitment efforts for light industrial positions in collaboration with the Branch Manager. Key responsibilities include assisting with hiring processes such as onboarding and screening, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth recruitment operations. Pay will depend on the level of recruitment experience and the position.

Job Description:

Serve as a front-facing representative and first point of contact.

Assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open staffing positions.

Help to coordinate recruitment and hiring processes with client managers and staff.

Maintain client-specific materials and ensure staffing documentation is up to date.

Working in very fast paced environment efficiently.

Additional functions as needed.

Job Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective recruitment and staffing.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.

Ability to work in independently or in a team environment to support staff

Excellent Computer skills and ability to work in fast paced environment

Organizational skills and attention to detail in hiring and recruitment tasks.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
