Maintenance Supervisor – Paper Machine/Pulping

Salary $90,000 - $130,000 + Excellent Benefits + Paid Relocation to the NE USA

This Maintenance Supervisor’s position is in a rural area with ample opportunities for outdoor winter and summer activities. You must like snow and rural areas.

A leading Paper Manufacturer has an immediate opening for a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead their paper machine maintenance team. In this dynamic role, you will guide a crew of skilled Mechanics and Electricians in transitioning from reactive to proactive preventive maintenance practices.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will direct the team to ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and safely. A key focus will be promoting a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and high-performance standards.

Minimum requirements for this Maintenance Supervisor position:

• BS in Engineering or Technology (or equivalent experience)

• At least 2 years’ maintenance supervisor experience on paper machines or in pulping

• Expertise implementing predictive/preventive maintenance programs

• Excellent team leadership skills to inspire and motivate

• Enthusiasm for a growing, fast-paced environment.
