Partner with the best

The role is about install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. Develop an operational year plan for the own manufacturing activities. Suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures.

As a Facility Testing Maintenance, you will be responsible for:

Being the key point of contact for digital project related to Facility and Maintenance Management

Guaranteeing continuous improvement of Facility Testing Maintenance Department

Developing strategy and drives projects and initiatives to execute utilities cost reduction promoting projects related to energy efficiency and carbon reduction

Supporting and extending utilization of digital solution for the continuous improvement of maintenance activities and rational use of utilities

Promoting best maintenance practices for sharing with all Italian sites

Being the key reference point for the maintenance activities of testing equipment

Coordinating external testing maintenance electrician, service providers and maintenance suppliers to anticipate failures solving issues

Guaranteeing compliance with regulations and HSE

Controlling maintenance cost

Managing P&E investments for new assets introduction, driving Site P&E plan on time, without carry over, aligned with EHS rules and compliance

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with expereicne.

Have good oral and written communication skills.

Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.

Have ability to influence others and lead small teams.

Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.

Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

Have effective problem identification and solution skills.

Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
