Our client is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Recruitment Supervisor to join their vibrant team on the east side of Columbus, OH. This pivotal role is essential in driving their high-volume recruiting efforts across a diverse range of positions, including manual labor, professional, and sales roles. This position will sit onsite and support a team of recruiters.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Oversee a team of approximately 5 recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for manual labor and sales positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruiting solutions.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hire.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in high-volume recruiting
Strong managerial skills with at least 2 years experience overseeing a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $98,000.00 per year
