Machine Operator Details and Compensation:

Location: Columbus, NE 68601 â 100% on-site

Payrate: $22.70/hr

Required Availability: B Shift 6p-6am (overnights)

Machine Operator Summary and Highlights:

The Machine Operator is responsible for performing routine production tasks including filling, utility operations, packing, labeling, assembling, and inspection under general supervision. This is an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven team that supports FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and perform production activities such as packaging, labeling, and assembly.

Maintain accurate records and production logs in compliance with regulatory standards.

Follow standard operating procedures and make decisions within established guidelines.

Support team goals by participating in cross-training and rotational assignments.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Machine Operator Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED (Verifiable).

Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.

Previous manufacturing experience

Basic skills in production tasks, techniques, and procedures.

Ability to read and comprehend written specifications in English.

Proficiency in basic math calculations.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team setting.

Must be dependable and punctual, with flexibility for extended hours as needed.

Work Environment:

This role requires standing, repetitive motion, and consistent attendance.

Candidates must be comfortable working overnight hours and rotating tasks as part of a collaborative production team.
