The Program Manager will provide professional support services to the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Airborne Systems Integration (ASI) Division.
Functional Duties:
Acts as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues. Oversees contractor execution of the contract requirements. Manages acquisition and employment of program resources.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing functional duties.
At least five (5) years of experience within the last seven (7) have been in support of Defense Acquisition or Navy program management.
At least seven (7) years of supervisory experience.
At least eight (8) years of experience planning, organizing, directing, and executing multiple projects and project teams.
Demonstrated ability to work with large and diverse teams.
Ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted effort.

Cybersecurity/RMF Process Knowledge
Education Requirements: BA/BS degree in an Engineering, Technical, or Business discipline is required. No substitutions.
Certification Requirements: Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) active certification or must have completed coursework equivalent to Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II Project Manager Certification.
