Instructional Designer

A financial services company New Jersey is actively seeking a new Instructional Designer to join their team in Jersey City on a contract basis. In this role, the Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs that ensure employees are well-versed in FCC and corporate compliance regulations.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop instructional materials for FCC and corporate compliance training programs

Utilize Articulate 360 or other authoring tools to create interactive and engaging e-learning modules

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content

Conduct needs assessments and analyze training requirements

Collaborate with other teams outside of Compliance, such as HR LMS team, to prepare and launch course

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.

Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field or 3-5 years of relevant experience

Proven experience in designing and developing compliance training programs and eLearning modules

Proficiency in Articulate 360 and/or other e-learning development tools

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of FCC regulations and Corporate Compliance standards

Experience working in the Banking or Financial Services industry
