We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant with expertise in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance.. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and functional knowledge to implement, configure, customize, and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions based on business requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business processes and technology, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various D365 modules.

Functional Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions.
Configure and customize D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM), including:
Procurement & Sourcing
Inventory & Warehouse Management
Demand Forecasting & Planning
Product Information Management (PIM)
Transportation & Logistics
Order-to-Cash & Procure-to-Pay Cycles
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules, including Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Customer Engagement (D365 CE), Business Central (D365 BC), or others based on project needs.
Conduct business process analysis, gap analysis, and requirements gathering to align D365 capabilities with business goals.
Lead functional design workshops, create solution documentation, and provide user training.
Ensure best practices are followed for process automation, reporting, and system integration.
Technical Responsibilities:
Develop custom solutions, workflows, and integrations using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), X++, C#, JavaScript, .NET, Dataverse, and Azure Services.
Implement and manage system integrations, data migration strategies, APIs, and middleware tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, or KingswaySoft.
Develop custom reports and dashboards using Power BI, SSRS, or other reporting tools.
Perform troubleshooting, system debugging, and performance optimization.
Work with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Git for version control and deployment management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
3-7 years of experience implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, particularly D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance.
Strong experience in at least one of the following: D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), D365 Customer Engagement (CE), or D365 Business Central (BC).
Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), X++, C#, JavaScript, .NET, Dataverse, and SQL Server.
Strong understanding of ERP and CRM business processes, including finance, supply chain, sales, customer service, or manufacturing.
Experience with integration frameworks and data migration tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with both business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-500, MB-600, MB-700, PL-900).
Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or AI/ML integrations in Dynamics 365.
Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise software implementations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
