What You’ll Do:
Drive membership sales and exceed monthly targets
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective members
Conduct exceptional sales tours keeping our standards as a franchise in mind.
Manage the sales pipeline from the clients first call to membership sign-up and then retention.
Collaborate with the team to create innovative strategies for growth
Provide an exceptional customer service experience from the initial inquiry to post-sign-up follow-up
Become a product/service expert and confidently address member needs
Manage or CRM Tool/Software system in the most efficient way.
Maintain a positive, motivating attitude that reflects our company’s values
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Sales Experience: At least 3 of experience in sales, preferably in membership-based industries (fitness, self-care, wellness, education, entertainment, etc.)
Exceptional Communication Skills: You’re confident on the phone, email, and in person, and you can connect with a wide range of people
Goal-Oriented: You thrive in a target-driven environment and know how to exceed expectations
Relationship Builder: You know how to connect with people, build trust, and create long-lasting relationships
Self-Motivated: You’re driven, persistent, and always looking for new opportunities
Positive Attitude: You bring energy and enthusiasm to everything you do, and your optimism is contagious
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, social media, and other digital platforms.
Team Player: You work well with others, offering support and collaboration to meet company goals
