Machine Operator - Cagayan De Oro

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to manage equipment operation, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance to ensure smooth production and maintain high-quality standards.

Operates and troubleshoots machines according to manufacturer guidelines.

Reports breakdowns to the Assistant Production Manager, and inspecting raw materials before loading.

Monitors equipment performance, conduct preventive maintenance, and document downtime and repairs.

Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain a clean work area at the end of each shift.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Mechatronics or any related course Previous experience as a machine operator preferred.

Completion of relevant training and certifications.

Willingness to upgrade skills with new equipment.

Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.

The candidate must be willing to work in Cagayan De Oro (Full Onsite)
