Job Summary
Ensure demand planning and coordination of internal resources to deliver on-time-in-full according to customer needs. Standardize and optimize processes and procedures for efficient and high-quality customer service. Ensure inventories management and payables target delivery.
Drive cross-cultural communication to effective supply chain collaboration.
Essential Functions
Drive cross-function teams to optimize the organization by identifying efficiency issue, developing solution and implementing changes
Cost management, realizing required performance with agreed budgets, and optimize inventory
Monitor Stock Aging Status, control NWSM and inventory to support operating cash flow
Co-work with sales to manage forecast, order fulfillment and delivery commitment
Coordinate with functional teams, including sourcing team, production controller, product owner for smooth delivery and LT optimization
Establish SCM Community & Create a Great Place to Work
Support export logistic arrangement to ensure on-time delivery
Control export freight cost and ensure logistic complaint handling speed and high service level.
Support ISO audit, Recycle System certificate, global system maintains and relevant report, surveys and assessments
Support Overall Business: Report simplification to improve working efficiency, including NWSM, safety stock, sale
Other projects/duties as assigned.
