Will handle dairy and beverage customers - maintaining and developing business with existing customers as well as identifying and conquering new potential ones leading to expansion of customer base
Will be tasked to develop the assigned market segments in terms of application, customer reach, etc
Qualifications:
Proven account management experience with a track record of growing business and partnering with customers, across various levels and departments, and ideally suppliers as well
Strong understanding of the food and beverage Indonesian market to develop initiatives and tactics to drive the business
Self-starter – has the drive and commitment to make things happen and see them through, with minimal leadership
High stress tolerance and ability to make difficult decisions, ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
