REQUIREMENTS

Previous sales experience and construction knowledge required

Must be able to lift 80/lbs

Must be comfortable with heights and walking on roofs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detailed and organized

Self-motivated and driven to succeed

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of the home remodeling industry is a plus

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate new business leads through targeted prospecting, door knocking and networking

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

Conduct sales presentations to potential clients

Prepare and submit proposals and quotes to clients

Negotiate and close sales deals with clients

Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Provide exceptional customer service to clients
