Salary Range: $115,000 $125,000 + Bonus

Our client, a fast-growing leader in construction management, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in multi-family housing and large stick-framed projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently lead complex construction projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multi-family and large stick-framed housing construction projects.

Coordinate and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.

Prepare project estimates and budgets.

Develop and manage detailed construction schedules and timelines.

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Provide regular status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience (required).

Proven experience with large stick-framed housing projects (required).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Self-starter with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Willingness to travel as needed for project execution.

Base Salary: $115,000 $125,000 (commensurate with experience)

25+ years of relevant experience in construction project management.
