Retail Project Manager

Nair Systems is currently looking Retail Project Manager for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field.

• Proven experience in project management within the banking or financial services industry.

• Strong understanding of retail banking products and services.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in Cards or Payments Business is a plus.

• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Skills :

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of retail banking projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

• Himyan Card Projects: Oversee the issuance of Himyan Cards to non-account holders and non-residents, and manage the QCB Tokenization process.

• Mandate Fulfillment: Ensure compliance with Visa and Mastercard mandates, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

• Mastercard Migration: Manage the migration process for Mastercard, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.

• Product Development: Conduct and manage UATs for new product developments, ensuring all requirements are met.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
