About the Role

The Managing Director will provide inspired leadership and strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, financial efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Leadership & Growth: Develop and implement long-term business strategies, set performance goals, and drive geographic expansion.

Operational Efficiency: Oversee food production, event planning, logistics, and quality control while ensuring financial sustainability.

Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and profitability while mitigating financial risks.

Sales & Customer Relations: Drive revenue growth, cultivate corporate and recurring clients, and implement a strong CRM strategy.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, food safety, and legal standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven leadership experience in food operations, catering, or hospitality (annual sales of $10 M+ preferred).

Financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, cost control, and reporting.

Strong skills in team leadership, customer service, and business development.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
