CNC PROGRAMMER OR OPERATOR

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Doosan 480 CNC machines to produce high-precision parts.

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure parts meet quality standards.

Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality of finished products.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.

Follow strict safety and quality control guidelines.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience operating CNC machines, preferably experience on Doosan 480.

Strong knowledge of machining processes, tolerances, and quality standards.

Own set of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Proficient in setting up and troubleshooting CNC machinery.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to start on day shift (6 AM - 6 PM) and transition to night shift (6 PM - 6 AM) after training.
