Executive Assistant to two (2) Managing Directors.

Managing Directors (2) – key support

Support a team of approx. 16 staff

Ensuring the smooth and tactful handling of client queries and invoicing in a timely manner

processing Amex expenses in a timely manner

Supporting MDs and team with diary management, executive administrative support including filing, correspondence, diary management at a senior level, handling and screening of calls and maintaining the link between Managing Directors and team when Managing Directors are travelling or away from the office

Managing client functions, dinners and events;

Organisation of domestic and international travel arrangements and complex itineraries for MDs and team

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Sound experience at a senior or executive secretarial role within an investment banking or professional services environment;

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook

High level of attention to detail

Excellent organisational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Team player with a flexible approach

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively; ability to expedite work tasks when required

Takes pride and ownership in all work undertakens

Ability to maintain confidentiality.
