InfraSecOps Product Owner

Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill a Project Manager / Business Analyst job with a client seeking support for a contract renewal project within Infrastructure and Security Operations Managed Services. The ideal candidate has deep experience in IT service management, contract negotiation, hybrid cloud environments, and cybersecurity operations.

Project Manager / Business Analyst job Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the contract renewal project for Infrastructure and Security Operations Managed Services

· Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation

· Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders to align on project objectives

· Oversee contract renewal activities including negotiations and vendor renewals

· Implement managed services delivery models and service governance frameworks

· Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, incentive models, and penalty structures

· Ensure timely and on-budget project delivery

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

· ITIL certification is a plus

· Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and service management frameworks

· Hands-on experience with hybrid cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity managed detection & response services

· Expertise in contract management and managed services models

· Strong project planning, documentation, and organizational skills

· Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities
