SENIOR ACOUNTANT

PURPOSE: Our firm is seeking a qualified Senior Accountant to join our team! Work is to be performed on contracts with federal clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports

Evaluate business processes, policies & procedures

Perform audits, ensuring adherence to professional standards & program requirements

Develop and produce audit reports analyses.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

CPA preferred

At least 3 years of related work experience

Internal Controls (OMB A-123) experience

Fundamental knowledge of GAAP

Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools

Detail and deadline-oriented

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
