We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to help us scale our finance team.
As a Bookkeeper you will play a critical role maintaining the company's finances and books, enabling timely reporting to leadership, partners and investors.
Responsibilities:
Bank reconciliations
Travel/Expenses reports
Assistance with invoice processing
Assistance with payroll such as time reports and reimbursements
Vendor system maintenance and bill approvals. Work closely with the US site
Providing support to the legal team with maintenance of various agreements and documents, organizing files and information.
Requirements:
At least 8 years of experience as a Bookkeper
Experience working in an early-stage /start-up environment - preferred
Certified bookkeeper type 2- advantage
Knowledge of Priority - advantage
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization skills, with high attention to detail
Ability to self-manage and work independently
