Job Description
Spotless Solutions is seeking a Proactive Sales Professional to join our team in the Greensburg office. The Proactive Sales Professional will utilize our proven sales process and CRM to ensure success in managing the prospect relationship while utilizing the subject matter experts within each department for solution generation and estimation.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in proactive sales and use of a sales process, strong communication, and excellent follow-up skills.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and networking – Acquire and maintain a network of sources to identify new prospects that align with the services that we offer.
Prospect Relationship Management - Guide the prospects through our proven sales process that is built upon ‘Right Energy at the Right Time’ philosophy while engaging our department Account and Project Managers in the solution and cost determination phases while you own the pricing and closing responsibilities.
Reporting – Utilize our established CRM system to ensure timely movement and success of prospects while ensuring timely communication and support with our internal team members. Weekly Plan and Review meetings with your sales manager allows for minor course corrections and incremental success resulting in redeeming your sales plan each quarter.Requirements:
Two to three years of sales experience is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Proven organizational skills and demonstrable attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & CRM
