Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding, positive, energetic, hardworking MA/Receptionist to join our Internal Medicine Practice. Must have previous experience working in a medical office and previous experience with referrals, prior authorizations and be knowledgeable of patient registration including medical insurance.

Job duties include answering phones, triage messages for the nurse and providers, checking in and checking out patients, scanning of medical records, referrals and prior authorizations etc...

Must have good customer service, be a team player and be reliable.

Monday thru Friday position no weekends or holidays.
