Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver who enjoys helping customers? A fast-growing manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Support & Customer Service Representative to assist with order processing and customer inquiries—no cold calling required!

What You'll Do:

Process purchase orders & invoices—handle order entry, shipping documents, and billing issues.

Assist customers & sales partners—answer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability.

Support sales operations—help with vendor quotes, inventory tracking, and market research.

Coordinate logistics—follow up on shipments, confirmations, and product concerns.

Resolve issues—work with vendors and customers on damaged goods or billing discrepancies.

Must haves:

1+ years of experience in sales support or customer service (manufacturing a plus!).

Experience processing orders and working with invoices, shipping, and billing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational & multitasking skills to keep things running smoothly.

Great communication & relationship-building skills—a people-first attitude!

High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
