We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our sales or customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for sales representatives or specialists. Your goal is to create a smooth, positive first impression that opens the door for successful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls, emails, or messages to potential customers from provided leads or lists
Engage prospects in friendly and professional conversations to identify interest and qualify leads
Schedule appointments, consultations, or follow-up calls for the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system
Follow up with prospects who missed or rescheduled appointments
Meet daily/weekly/monthly appointment setting goals and performance metrics
Handle basic inquiries and provide initial information about products or services
Coordinate closely with sales or service teams to ensure smooth handoff of appointments
Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales a plus
Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, customer service, or sales preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, friendly, and professional phone demeanor
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Work Environment:
Remote or office-based depending on company structure
