Job Title: Scheduler - Long-Term Care Facility

Location: Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania

As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of staff, ensuring appropriate coverage for all shifts, and assisting in maintaining a smoothly operating facility. You'll be a key player in our dedicated team, helping us continue to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.

Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.

Communicate with staff to address scheduling conflicts and changes.

Assist in managing time-off requests and coordinating replacements as needed.

Maintain accurate records of staff schedules and attendance.

Address and resolve scheduling issues in a timely and effective manner.
