Summary

As a Delivery Lead at SEW the ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in SEW’s products and services. The Project Lead will work with internal and external clients, IT team, developers, and client success team to deliver, in a timely manner, and consistently, addressing technical questions and concerns with configuration and use of our proprietary products.

Responsibilities

Develop expert level knowledge of SEW’s software products.

Evaluate, recommend and implement improvements to client environments.

Assess client business requirements and recommend best practices.

Enable the documentation of the BRD/FRDs and ensure understanding of requirements.

Understand and communicate data requirements

Create and execute on project plans

Create technical documents to define instructions and enhancements to software.

Work with development team to complete product configuration

Document inflight implementation issues and triage with development teams

Resolve or escalate production issues to the appropriate support teams

Research and identify database environment requirements and specifications; determine integration requirements to ensure operability across multiple platforms and technologies.

Troubleshoot incoming software issues by researching, interfacing with customers, vendors and internal resources and interact with Client Stakeholders throughout all project stages

Requirements

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products, experience with .NET or Java technologies preferred

5+ years of experience working with a software product company

Project Management experience

Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to provide clear written and verbal communication with both internal and external customers and ability to work independently, meet deadlines and be proactive, ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
