Essential Job Functions
Calls customers for regular and call ahead orders; arrange shipping documents in numerical order and put billing documents together, email orders as needed, proof documents for appropriate signatures and pricing, fax indicated invoices to Accounting Coordinators, check emails for orders received and process as needed.
Place Call Sheets in numerical order by customer umber and compare Proofing Report to Order Sheets for accuracy.
Filing, organizing files, coping, sorting, emailing, etc.
Perform other related duties as required/assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 year Customer Service experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers and Hillandale team members.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged sitting, standing, bending, squatting, twisting, pushing pulling, lifting overhead.
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.Company Description
