In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales team to evaluate client needs, source top-tier candidates, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help fill positions in the Department of Defense (DOD), Aerospace, and Security Clearance industries—making a significant impact on our clients' hiring success.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales Staff: Work closely with the sales team to assess client needs and develop strategies to attract high-quality candidates for critical roles in DOD, aerospace, and security clearance fields.
Candidate Sourcing: Place job advertisements, conduct targeted searches on job sites, and network through newsgroups to identify and attract top talent.
Candidate Screening: Conduct heavy phone interviews to screen candidates nationwide, ensuring their qualifications align with job requirements and client needs.
Conduct Interviews: Interview and assess candidates, perform reference checks, and present the most suitable candidates to clients.
Build Client Relationships: Partner with account managers, business leaders, and HR teams to understand specific job orders, provide candidate submittals, and meet client needs effectively.
Recruitment Process Management: Handle hiring paperwork, including E-verify and I-9 forms, drug tests, and background checks, ensuring compliance with all client requirements.
Develop New Recruiters: Provide leadership and guidance to new recruiters, helping them develop their skills and reach goals.
Sales Prospecting: Build a robust sales prospect pool through candidate research, networking, and Internet-based tools.
