The position will work out of our West Fargo, ND location.

Pay: starting at $30 per hour, more depending on experience

Hours: Days, Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturdays when needed

Requirements/Duties:

Ability to research and examine data and factors that affect the cost of working with concrete

Must be able to read and follow blueprints

Must do an overview of quality of work, safety on job site, and care of equipment, trucks and trailers

Must help shape and enforce all company policies and job descriptions

Ability to work with job superintendents, engineers, architects, and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Responsible for the crew efficiency

Must have correct information to the crew in a timely manner

Responsible for reviewing weekly times to ensure accuracy

Responsible for all job-related paperwork in a timely manner

Lead by example

Good communication skills

Quick problem solving and conflict resolution abilities

Ability to motivate without cursing and demeaning
