Peregrine Team is hiring a Scheduler in Denver, CO!
We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to coordinate technician assignments across various customer project sites. This is a full-time, contract to hire role with great benefits and competitive pay.
$25/HR
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the scheduling of cleaning technicians for multiple critical environment projects.
Develop and maintain schedules to ensure optimal technician coverage at each project site.
Communicate schedule changes and project details to technicians promptly and accurately.
Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
Track technician availability and update scheduling records accordingly.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules as needed.
Manage last-minute changes or emergency scheduling requirements effectively.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of scheduling data.
Assist with logistics, including travel arrangements and on-site accommodations if required.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or coordination roles, preferably in the cleaning, maintenance, or environmental services industry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficient with scheduling software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
Availability to handle occasional after-hours scheduling needs.
