Job Description

Lead all aspects of project life cycle, from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design and implementation phases

Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans

Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion

Direct and manage project development from beginning to end

The Successful Applicant

A degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong understanding of commercial construction processes

Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities

Competency in conflict and crisis management
