As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
An opportunity has arisen for a confident, outgoing, customer focused individual to join our friendly Corporate Services team as an Administration Officer in our Newcastle office supporting our Northern NSW Region.
As the successful candidate, you will:
Provide building inductions and maintain access / records
Receiving and sorting incoming and outgoing mail / couriers
Ordering various supplies
Delivery of supplies throughout the office
Maintain tidy presentation of facilities including meeting rooms
Furniture set ups / rearrangements / relocations
Management and coordination of building maintenance requirements
Coordination of office events including, presentations, safety huddles and social events
Assist project engineers with formatting of documents and preparation of submissions to clients
Travel coordination
Supporting safety and quality initiatives
Servicing document archiving request
Establish and manage working relationships with clients, team members and managers to ensure delivery of high quality of services
Reception of office visitors
Manage / maintain office vehicle(s)
You bring to the role:
We are looking for candidates with a strong customer focus, team work skills and exceptional interpersonal skills. You will provide exceptional quality administration and facility services to our clients and staff whilst building positive working relationships. You will be proficient with the use of Microsoft Suite and basic data entry skills with a 'can-do', self-motivated attitude.
