Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve PLC issues to maintain system functionality.
Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on various machinery.
Install and maintain electrical systems, including 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and reduce downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance technician role.
Strong PLC troubleshooting skills and experience with heavy equipment repair.
Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of electrical installation and troubleshooting, including 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Relevant certifications in electrical or mechanical fields are a plus.
