As Controller, you will ensure the integrity and efficiency of financial operations, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization’s long-term financial health. You’ll oversee internal controls, financial reporting, and financing strategies while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Controller duties:

Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial oversight.

Develop and maintain strong internal controls to protect company assets.

Provide timely and accurate financial reporting for executive decision-making.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.

Supervise a team, fostering professional growth and team success.

Controller Keys:

Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA Preferred)

Experience: 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in management or supervisory roles.

Experience building teams and multiple business units would be a plus

Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to build, develop, and mentor teams while collaborating effectively across all levels of an organization.

Problem-Solving & Organization: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities.
