Responsibilities:
Manage key ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management) to ensure effective execution
Analyze ITSM processes for improvement opportunities and document enhancements
Lead workshops to capture requirements and promote continuous improvement
Collaborate with Global IT teams to implement ITSM tools aligned with best practices
Configure and customize ITSM platforms to meet business needs
Coordinate with vendors for successful ITSM solution deployment and integration
Provide ongoing support for ITSM applications, minimizing operational disruption
Analyze service performance data to identify trends and improvement areas
Develop performance metrics and dashboards for service delivery insights
Use data to recommend and implement service improvements
Engage stakeholders to align on ITSM goals, gather feedback, and drive improvements
Develop and deliver training, coaching, and ensure staff stays current with ITSM best practices
Requirements:
Number of Overall Years Necessary: 2-5
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the ITSM field, including hands-on work with ITSM systems
BS/BA Computer Science or equivalent related field of study is preferred
Application knowledge in Engineering and Manufacturing: SAP or other Plant Maintenance/Calibration; Real-Time Machine Data Acquisition and Performance (OEE); Product Labeling; and SAP ECC/S4 Hana Manufacturing and/or practical experience
Strong proficiency in ITSM tools and Microsoft O365 applications including PowerBI
Experience working globally with ability to work within multi-cultural teams
Solid understanding of both IT business applications and technology infrastructure in relation to ITSM
Strong people skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with associates at all levels within the organization

2400-3500 Eur Gross/month.
From 2400 (before taxes) after assessing your competencies and work experience.
