Applications Engineer (60 - 90K)

Due to promotion, we have an exciting Applications Engineer role available at an outstanding manufacturing company in the Southern Tier, NY area. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Your Role:

Provide technical support to customers and internal sales teams

Interpret customer specs and recommend tailored connector/filter solutions

Create and manage new part numbers and maintain data accuracy

Collaborate with Engineering and Test Lab on product testing and qualification

Assist in failure analysis, cost estimates, and pricing efforts

Travel up to 25% (primarily domestic, occasional international)

Background Profile:

Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business, or related technical field

Recent grads with co-op/internship experience encouraged to apply

AAS with 2+ years of interconnect experience will be considered

Strong communication and project coordination skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Eagerness to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused role

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
