Who We're Looking For:

Experience: 4+ years of backend WordPress experience; proficient in CSS, themes, plugins, and troubleshooting WordPress-related issues. Internal IT and customer-facing experience preferred.

Strong Communicator: Clear verbal and written communication with clients and team members.

Efficient: Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely completion without compromising quality.

Problem Solver: Enjoys troubleshooting and maintaining smooth digital systems.

Detailed & Proactive: Ensures accuracy while anticipating challenges.

Organized: Keeps tasks and projects on track and on time.

Customer-focused: Relates well to clients in a B2B environment.

Computer Skills: Must have excellent WordPress (trouble-shooting and development) knowledge & experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to gather information for website projects.

Delegate tasks and assignments to the web team.

Guide clients through website packages, helping define goals and needs.

Support project quotes, timelines, and delivery expectations.

Oversee project workflows, meeting deadlines and budgets.

Troubleshoot & resolve WordPress issues (themes, plugins, CSS bugs, updates, backups).

Provide internal IT support (email, software, printers, connectivity).

Monitor server health, manage backups, and address hosting issues.
