Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch software tools

Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor during stressful situations

Physical Requirements:

Ability lift up to 40lbs, stand for long periods of time, push or pull up to 40lbs.

Flexibility to work irregular hours or shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
